Great top, terrible customer service

The maid racer is a great top. However, customer service and shipping times were less than satisfactory. We purchased 2, so that we could match on race day, only received one, the second was then delivered late so we were unable to wear them. The careless customer service didn’t help resolve the situation. Be aware when purchasing, the top is great but you are taking a gamble on delivery and assistance if you have any issues…

We’re so glad you love the Madi Racer top! We completely understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t go as planned, especially for an event, but we are only human...and humans make mistakes.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we shipped the missing item right away to make it right. While we weren’t able to issue a refund for an item that was still on its way and no intention to be returned, we were in clear communication throughout the process.
